The HEALTH REPORT consists of four parts.

4). EYELIDS (4).
The numbers (in brackets) after each health problem are the "value / coefficient" taken into account for the specific problem.
If you look at the example below, you will see that the score of the dog's health status is multiplied by the value, which gives the dog its last health score.

Upon receipt of health reports, the findings are applied to the health section of the BI Assessment Sheet as follows: Results are accessible on a scale from 1 to 5, with 5 as the PERFECT / EXPERIENCE example and gradually less to 1 which is Unapproachable. The report is designed to give a dog that is free of all four points an overall health score of 100%.
